Put the cheat below in MAME's rbisland.xml cheat file to replace the Sneakers item with one of these unused items. With the exceptions of the yellow and green balloons, which work identically to the red balloon, all that's left of these items are their point values. While there are a good amount of unused items in the game's code, most of them have been dummied out.
